Disney Infinity Spider-Man Papercraft

The Disney Infinity video game is unique in that it includes real world 3D figures of the characters in the game. The characters come from worlds of Disney, Marvel, Star Wars, and Pixar. The model in the photo is a papercraft version of the Spider-Man figure from the game. PDF and Pepakura PDO templates for the model may be downloaded at www.zoneactivitemanuelle.com. The templates include a base (not shown) as well as an alternate black costume version of Spider-Man. Including the base, the finished model is 16.5" (42 cm) tall. Sorry, no instructions are available, aside from the PDO file. Disney Infinity stopped being produced in 2016.

Marvel Christmas Papercraft: Baby Groot

You won't find a more unique Christmas papercraft than this: Baby Groot dressed up like a Christmas tree! This paper model shows Groot with a tree topper star on top, a string of lights around his head, and a Christmas wreath around his body. Every part of this model is 3D, including the string of lights, so it will take some time to build. The finished model stands at 21" (55 cm) tall. The printable template (which may be downloaded at W R Papercraft) comes in both Pepakura PDO and PDF formats. There are no instructions available other than the PDO file.

Marvel Hulkbuster Bust Papercraft

In the MCU movie, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony Stark builds a massive suit of armor intended to be used to take down the Hulk, should the green one ever get out of control. The armor is nicknamed "Hulkbuster". This relatively easy to assemble papercraft bust of the Hulkbuster armor was created by Andre. The Pepakura PDO template for the model may be download here. Iron Man Mk 33 Armor Paper Model

In the Iron Man 3 movie, Tony Stark commands his artificial intelligence, J.A.R.V.I.S, to remotely pilot his empty suits of armor as a defensive measure in a battle. One of the suits activated was the Mark XXXIII (a.k.a the Silver Centurion armor). This paper model represents how the armor appeared in the movie. The template for the model, which is in Pepakura PDO format only, may be found at this download link. The finished model stands 19.7" (50 cm) tall. Build photo and papercraft design by Sinsis. The first appearance of the Silver Centurion armor in a Marvel comic was in 1985 in issue #200 of Iron Man.

Marvel Papercraft: Venom

Here's another well done Marvel papercraft from Paper Juke. This model is of Spider-Man's archnemesis, Venom. Standing at 15.5" (39.4 cm) tall when complete, the piece is somewhat large. The printable template for the model (which may be downloaded here) is available in Pepakura PDO format only. To create this papercraft, Paper Juke made use of a 3D model from the Marvel Future Fight video game.

Printable Marvel Black Panther Mask

This excellent 3D papercraft Black Panther cowl is a free sample from DT Workshop. The life-size mask is constructed from two types of special card stock: textured black and metallic silver. While great as a display piece, in order to be worn as a functional mask, the eyes need to be either left as open holes or replaced with a transparent material. Marvel Papercraft: Loki

I like the subtlety of this Loki paper model: the relaxed pose, the crown in hand, the look of stern resignation on the face. Considering the creator of this papercraft (DeviantART member MorellSunweaver) combined two different Loki 3D models from the Marvel Future Fight video game to create this model, I think the results are excellent! He also created the scepter from scratch without benefit of a model from the game! The finished model stands stands at roughly 14" (35 cm) tall. Spider-Man Far from Home Papercraft

This Spider-Man paper model was released by the Indonesian papercraft website, Peri Kertas, in 2019. The model depicts the costume Spidey wears in the movie, Spider-Man: Far from Home. While the pose of this figure is not all that dynamic, what makes this papercraft interesting is that it comes with an optional head without the mask. And yes, the unmasked face has a striking resemblance to actor Tom Holland who plays the wall crawler. :) The PDF and Pepakura PDO instructions for the model may be downloaded here.

Low Poly Spider-Man Wall Art

There is a lot of low poly papercraft on the Internet these days. Most of it, you have to pay to get it. So, I was delighted to find this free low poly Spider-Man wall sculpture recently. This is one of those paper models where you achieve color by printing a colorless template onto color cardstock.  Notice the chrome cardstock used for the eyes! If this papercraft is not life sized, it is close to it. The template and instructions may be found at Lacrafta. And I should also mention there are Iron Man, Captain America's shield, and Hulk low poly models available too! Check them out when you visit Lacrafta.

Marvel Punisher Papercraft

This Punisher papercraft is based on a 3D model from the Marvel: Future Fight mobile video game. The Punisher is a brutal vigilante who first appeared in comic books in 1974. Many consider his introduction to be the beginning of the "antihero" trend that gained momentum at Marvel in the 1980's. PDF and Pepakura PDO templates for the model may be downloaded here. The Punisher is officially part of the MCU due to having his own television series as well as some appearances on the Daredevil TV show.

MCU Thor Papercraft

This paper model is of the character Thor Odinson as he appeared in the first MCU Thor movie. My first thought seeing this papercraft was, "Thor never wore a winged helmet like that!" After looking into it further, I found he did indeed wear a winged helmet, but only for a short time in the coronation scene at the beginning of the movie. One notable feature of the model is the helmet and hammer are removeable. The model also comes with a display base not shown. Origami Marvel Wolverine Claws

I thought these origami versions of Wolverine's adamantium blades were fun. If you bend your fingers and hold your hand just right, you can make it appear as if the claws are coming out of the back of your hand, just like Wolvey. This origami was created by TLT Lab. Their video with detailed folding instructions is located here. Wolverine first appeared in Marvel Comics way back in 1974!

Marvel Ironheart Papercraft

It is rumored Marvel Studios is working on an Ironheart series for Disney+. In the Marvel Universe, Ironheart is a 15-year-old girl genius who reverse engineers one of Iron Man's suits of armor to create a suit of armor for herself. This paper model of the character was created by Unfold Brazil (build photo by Sinsis). The Pepakura PDO file for the model may be downloaded here. [Please note the download differs somewhat from the model pictured - Unfold Brazil must have modified the model sometime after its initial release.] Actress Dominique Thorne is currently slated to play Ironheart in the Disney+ series.

I am a long time Captain America fan. My all-time favorite Cap moment out of the MCU movies was in Avengers: End Game when Steve Rogers picks up Thor's hammer in the battle against Thanos. Imagine my delight, then, when I found this End Game Captain America paper model by WR Papercraft! Standing at about 18" (45 cm) tall, the model is fair-sized, which is a good thing as many of the parts are small. The printable template for the model is available for download here. Life Size Baby Groot Papercraft

In the Marvel movie, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, a group of Ravagers (think space pirates) capture Baby Groot. They dress him in clothes and declare he is now their mascot. This life size paper model of Groot in Ravager clothes was created by PJ Exelero Papercraft. The finished model stands about 12" (30 cm) and comes with a display base. Marvel Comics Galactus Papercraft

Galactus is one of the most powerful entities in the Marvel Comics universe. He is an enormous cosmic being who feeds on the life force of planets. More than once, he has attempted to destroy the Earth to satisfy his insatiable hunger. This "cubee style" papercraft Galactus was created by Jepi. The seven Pepakura PDO files for the model may be downloaded here. The finished model stands about 13" (33 cm) tall. Galactus has never appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe aside from a shadowy silhouette in the 2007 Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer movie. MCU Thor Stormbreaker Papercraft

Since I have posted about paper models of nearly every other version of the war hammer of Marvel Comics' Thor, I felt compelled to post about this model too. ;) In the movie, Avengers: Infinity War, Thor gets a new hammer named "Stormbreaker". The tree-like being Groot willingly sacrifices his arm to provide a handle for the weapon. This 3D papercraft likeness of Stormbreaker was created by Precision Papercraft.  The Pepakura PDO template for the model may be downloaded here. The finished hammer is about 2' (61 cm) tall, which is somewhat smaller than the hammer appears in the movie.

Here's another fine Marvel Comics paper model from Paperttore at the Papercraft LED website. This paper model is of Spider-Man as he appears in the 2018 Playstation 4 game, Spider-Man. The wall-crawling super hero has dozens of costumes he may be fitted with in the game. MCU Infinity Gauntlet Papercraft

I've been on the lookout for a well designed Infinity Gauntlet paper model that is also free. I think I may have finally found what I have been looking for! This 1:1 scale model of Thanos' glove was created by Paperttore at LED Papercraft. The model represents how the Gauntlet appears in the Marvel Cinematic Universe rather than how it appears in the original comic books. The download (which may be found here) contains both PDF and Pepakura PDO templates. In case you have been living under a rock... :) The Infinity Gauntlet plays an important role in both the Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame movies.
