Indiana Jones Mk VII Tank Paper Model

The Mark VII was the one of largest tanks produced by Britain during World War I. Only three of the tanks were ever built, but despite its rarity, the Mark VII gained a level of renown after a replica of the tank was used in the 1989 movie, Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade. The armament of the real life Mark VII included two side turrets with 6-pounder guns as well as seven machine guns. The movie version of the tank had an added rotating gun turret on top which was not typical. Pictured is a paper model of the Last Crusade tank designed by Dave Winfield. Indiana Jones Paper Toy

Indiana Jones never looked so cute! Paper toy designer extraordinaire Marshal Alexander created this papercraft tribute to Indy in 2012. The toy is no longer available at Alexander's website, but the template may still be downloaded here. The most recent Indiana Jones movie to hit the silver screen was Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull which was released in 2008.

Headpiece to the Staff of Ra Build Photo

Jerry Vondeling built and posted a photo of my Headpiece to the Staff of Ra papercraft back in 2010, but I only recently became aware of it. Nice work Jerry! Indiana Jones Papercraft: Webley Mk VI Revolver

Indiana Jones' weapon of choice in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade is a Webley Mk VI revolver.  Although the movie takes place in 1938, the Mk VI is an older weapon which, starting in 1915, was issued as the standard sidearm for British troops during World War I. My papercraft rendition of the revolver takes some "artistic liberties" in the name of making the paper model easier to build , but I worked hard to keep the 1:1 scale of the gun accurate. This is the one and only papercraft I have ever released without a test build first, so let me know if you find any problems. The template may be downloaded here. Estimated difficulty level: 4/5.

Indiana Jones Origami: Full Size Fedora

I thought this Indiana Jones fedora was a fun and well designed origami piece, especially considering it is folded out of a single square of paper. Creator Robert J. Lang on his website not only provides a crease pattern for the fedora, but also provides a chart to determine what size paper is required to produce any given standard hat size. To download the crease pattern, look for the link under the photo of the fedora here. Now all we need is an origami bull whip. ^^

Indiana Jones Papercraft - Ra Staff Headpiece

Featured in the movie, Raiders of the Lost Ark, the Headpiece to the Staff of Ra was able to locate the final resting place of the lost Ark of the Covenant. When the headpiece was placed in a particular position in the Map Room, the sun would shine through the crystal and reveal the location of the Well of the Souls, the final resting place of the Ark.

This is my eighth papercraft design. When I first started posting, I often wondered if I would be motivated enough to produce this many models! Special thanks to Indy Magnoli at indyprops.com for his help in creating this papercraft. Template info is as follows:
