Marvel Hulkbuster Bust Papercraft

MCU Hulkbuster Bastelbogen
In the MCU movie, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony Stark builds a massive suit of armor intended to be used to take down the Hulk, should the green one ever get out of control. The armor is nicknamed "Hulkbuster". This relatively easy to assemble papercraft bust of the Hulkbuster armor was created by Andre. The Pepakura PDO template for the model may be download here. When finished, the bust stands about 15.5" (40 cm) tall. Build photo by Sinsis.

Nefertiti Bust Paper Model

Egyptian Sculpture Bastelbogen
Nefertiti was a queen who ruled in Egypt around 1350 BC. Her name was made famous because of a beautiful bust of her likeness that now resides in the Neues Museum in Berlin. Making use of a 3D scan, this paper model of the bust was created by BioM5. The printable templates required to build the bust are in Pepakura PDO format and may be found at Instructables.com. Nefertiti was the stepmother of King Tutankhamun, another famous name in the world of Egyptology.

Papercraft John Constantine Bust

Being a Marvel Comics fan, I don't typically produce DC Comics paper models. However... Recently, as a favor for someone, I created this papercraft bust of John Constantine. Now, I am sharing the template here as my papercraft release for the month of April (just in the nick of time!) In the DC Universe, John Constantine is an "occult detective" who uses magic to defend mankind from supernatural forces of evil. The printable PDF template for the bust may be downloaded here. I have not test built this model, but I think it will come together nicely. The finished model is a little over 8 1/2" (21.6 cm) tall.

Marvel Papercraft: Black Cat Bust

Here's a bust of Marvel Comics' Black Cat (no pun intended!). The Black Cat, whose real identity is Felicia Hardy, has a long romantic history with Spider-Man. At one point in their relationship she gained his trust enough for him to reveal his secret identity to her. The template for the bust may be downloaded here. The download includes both Pepakura PDO and PDF files. Model design by Paper-Rock. Build photo by Hugo-Drax.

Papercraft Half-Life 1 G-Man Mini Bust

Described as a “sinister inter-dimensional bureaucrat”, G-man is a popular reoccurring character in the Half-Life series of video games. The dozens of outrageous Garry’s Mod images of G-man to be found online have propelled the character to meme status. I built this papercraft G-Man bust as a favor for a friend. The bust is based on G-man's appearance in Half-Life 1. The finished model stands about 8” (20 cm) tall. Letter and A4 sized PDF templates (plus a Pepakura PDO file) may be downloaded here.

Papercraft Arkham City Batman Bust

This 26" (67cm) tall papercraft bust of Batman is how the Dark Knight appears in the Batman: Arkham City video game. The game was one of the highest rated to be released in 2011. The template for the bust is available in Pepakura PDO format only.

UPDATE 7/20/25: This papercraft is no longer available. :( Let me know if you have a copy of the PDO you would be willing to share with me.

Papercraft Kingdom Hearts Tron Bust

By my reckoning, this papercraft is my 100th release! Since one of my first paper model releases was Tron related, I wanted to do another Tron papercraft for release 100. This is a bust of Tron as he appears in the Kingdom Hearts video games. At roughly 12" (30.5 cm) tall the bust is slightly smaller than life. The download for the template is available here and includes lined and unlined PDF files and a Pepakura PDO file.

Tron 2.0 Papercraft: Lightcyclist Bust

The first papercraft I posted in 2009 was a Tron papercraft, so I suppose it is fitting that I end the year with another Tron model. Anyone remember my WIP post for this? I started working on the template for this lightcyclist bust mid-year sometime, started building the model in September and have only finished just now. Except for the eyes and some portions of the hair, the build process is relatively simple. Lightcyclists such as this one appear only briefly in the Tron 2.0 video game and come in several different colors such as red, blue, green and yellow. The template information is as follows:

Scale: 1:1 estimated
Finished Size: 24"(61 cm) width x 13"(33 cm) depth x 15"(38 cm) height
Number of sheets: 24
Number of parts: 96
Difficulty: 4/5
Download (includes lined & unlined PDF's and a PDO)

I am not including any instructions with this model other than numbered tabs and the PDO file. I figure if you are interested in tackling a papercraft this complex you probably know what you are doing. ^^

Tron Papercraft WIP: Lightcyclist Bust

I don't usually do "work in progress" posts, but I will probably start doing more in the future. I have been working on several elaborate projects that will take longer to release and I wanted to give a taste of some of them in advance. This Lightcyclist Bust is about 30% of the way through the test build. Once again the original model is from the Tron 2.0 video game. I decided to build a life size bust because the level of detail in the face made it difficult to do a smaller scale complete figure. As the project stands now, it looks like the template will have about 29 pages. Wish me luck!
