Marvel Hulkbuster Bust Papercraft

In the MCU movie, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony Stark builds a massive suit of armor intended to be used to take down the Hulk, should the green one ever get out of control. The armor is nicknamed "Hulkbuster". This relatively easy to assemble papercraft bust of the Hulkbuster armor was created by Andre. The Pepakura PDO template for the model may be download here. Iron Man Mk 33 Armor Paper Model

In the Iron Man 3 movie, Tony Stark commands his artificial intelligence, J.A.R.V.I.S, to remotely pilot his empty suits of armor as a defensive measure in a battle. One of the suits activated was the Mark XXXIII (a.k.a the Silver Centurion armor). This paper model represents how the armor appeared in the movie. The template for the model, which is in Pepakura PDO format only, may be found at this download link. The finished model stands 19.7" (50 cm) tall. Build photo and papercraft design by Sinsis. The first appearance of the Silver Centurion armor in a Marvel comic was in 1985 in issue #200 of Iron Man.

Marvel Ironheart Papercraft

It is rumored Marvel Studios is working on an Ironheart series for Disney+. In the Marvel Universe, Ironheart is a 15-year-old girl genius who reverse engineers one of Iron Man's suits of armor to create a suit of armor for herself. This paper model of the character was created by Unfold Brazil (build photo by Sinsis). The Pepakura PDO file for the model may be downloaded here. [Please note the download differs somewhat from the model pictured - Unfold Brazil must have modified the model sometime after its initial release.] Actress Dominique Thorne is currently slated to play Ironheart in the Disney+ series.

Chibi Hulkbuster Iron Man Paper Model

Iron Man's hulkbuster armor first appeared in Marvel comic books in 1994 and has been popular with fans ever since. The hulkbuster armor is composed of exo-skeleton add-ons to Iron Man's regular armor that increase the strength of his suit to the point he is able to go toe to toe with the Incredible Hulk. This Chibi (or some would say "super deformed") paper model by Carlos Eduardo André is based on how the Hulkbuster armor appeared in the Marvel movie, Avengers: Age of Ultron. Disney XD Iron Man Paper Toy

The animated television series, The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes! premiered on Disney XD in 2010. This Iron Man  paper toy was released by Disney the same year to promote the show.  The look of the toy reflects the animation style of the series.  Although Earth's Mightiest Heroes was replaced by the Avengers Assemble show in 2013, this papercraft is still available. Printable Marvel Superhero Treat Boxes

These DIY Marvel superhero treat boxes would be a hit at a child's birthday party for sure, but they would work great for most any holiday or celebration with Marvel Comics fans in attendance. The boxes are a fan art creation by illustrator M. Gulin. Free PDF templates for the boxes may be downloaded here. For the non-Marvel fan, depicted on the boxes are Spider-Man, Captain America, and Iron Man.

Printable Marvel Jumping Jack Toys

A jumping jack is a jointed paper toy character attached to a string such that when the string is pulled the character appears to be jumping. M. Gulan has created a whole slew of Marvel Comics jumping jacks including Captain America, The Hulk, Iron Man, Thor, Black Widow, Spider-Man, and Wolverine (not pictured). PDF templates for each of the heroes may be downloaded here. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but Black Widow and Spidey look like they could use a few jumping jacks. They may have put on a little extra weight since the last time I saw them. ;)

Iron Man 3 Paper Toys

Gus Santome has done a bang up job designing mini paper toys of the armors appearing in the Iron Man 3 movie. Currently, only the Mark 1 and Mark 42 armors are available. The rest of the armors pictured will be released in coming days. PDF templates may be downloaded here. Can't wait for the Hulk Buster armor to be released! ;)

Paper Toy Avengers Assembled

To celebrate the release of The Avengers,  Xavior Gales-Sides began creating paper toy likenesses of  each of the heroes in the movie. As this photo shows, his collection is finally complete! Printable Avengers Masks for Kids

It won't be long until the Avengers movie is here! In the mean time, here are some printable kid-size Avengers masks offered by the Disney Family website. Current masks available include Iron Man, Captain America, Thor and the Incredible Hulk. Also to be found at the Disney site are coloring pages and an Avengers playset.

Iron Man Helmet Papercraft (Marvel vs. Capcom 3)

This full scale papercraft Iron Man helmet is based on a 3D model from the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 video game. The style of the helmet is very close in appearance to Iron Man's helmet in the "Extremis" story arc in the comics. The Pepakura PDO template for the helmet by JohnnyMuffintop may be downloaded here. Iron Man Helmet Paper Model

The 2008 Iron Man movie has inspired a lot of great papercraft and here is another one to add to the list. This full size Iron Man helmet was created by a Texas papercrafter known online only as "DungBeetle". In addition to this movie accurate helmet, DungBeetle is also working on some 1:1 scale armor, but as of yet the helmet is the only piece to which color has been added. A free download of the helmet is available here. The download includes both PDF and Pepakura PDO templates.

Iron Man Origami

These two Iron Man origami pieces were designed by origami artist Brian Chan in 2008. Each was folded from a single square of paper. To give you an idea of the scale, the mask is about the size of the palm of your hand. If you would like to give either one of these pieces a try, Brian has graciously provided folding diagrams here.
