This Skeletor paper model is part of a collection of papercraft
Masters of the Universe figures created by Titan Papercraft. Ten figures are available in all. The Pepakura PDO templates for the figures may be downloaded from the
Titan Papercraft website. After following the link, click on the image of the figure to download the template. Other than the PDO files, there are no instructions included in the download. The
Masters of the Universe animated television show was first broadcast in 1983. Skeletor, of course, was the primary antagonist of the show.

Hey dude! Remember that half life glock pepakura papercraft that you made? so. can you make another one but with the viewmodel textures please? (i neg you please im a big fan)
ReplyDeleteI could do it if I knew where to get the viewmodel textures. I don't have a copy of the game right now.
DeleteDoes this work? https://textures.spriters-resource.com/pc_computer/halflife/asset/372331/
ReplyDeleteI found out that the view model 3D model is not the same as the world model 3D model I used to make the papercraft, so the view model texture won't work to "re-skin" the world model.
Deletethen can you make it with the viewmodel 3d model instead?
DeleteThe game designers were lazy and did not fully texture the view model 3D model on the front and bottom because game players are never shown those sides in the game. Also, the 3D model mesh is not continuous. It would need to be continuous to make a paper model. The 3D model and textures could be edited to be papercraft friendly, but it would take a LOT of time. I don't have that kind of time in my schedule right now.
DeleteAw man, but thanks a lot!
DeleteYou are welcome. It never hurts to ask.
