American McGee is a video game designer. He is best known for his two horror genre games based on
Alice in Wonderland:
American McGee's Alice and
Alice: Madness Returns. In the games, a sinister looking Cheshire Cat acts as a "guide" for Alice. This paper model of the cat was created by Emily Stell based on how he appears in
Madness Returns. PDF and Pepakura PDO templates for the model may be downloaded
here. McGee got his start at id Software where he worked on such video game classics as
Doom and
Quake.
