Low Poly Halloween Pumpkin Papercraft

This low poly Halloween jack-o-lantern is offered for free in the Halloween "printables" section of the HP website. The PDF template for the pumpkin is available here. After following the link, you will notice there is no "download" button, just a "print" button. A PDF can be obtained by clicking on the print button then choosing "save as PDF" instead of choosing your regular printer. The jack-o-lantern must be printed on color cardstock to get the look in the photo, as the template is black and white. HP calls this printable a "candle holder" and notes: "Please use only a LED candle. Never use a regular candle to avoid fires!"

BooBoo Halloween Ghost Paper Toy

 Here is what papercraft designer Salazad has to say about his Halloween ghost paper toy, BooBoo:

"Booboo is a moody ghost with a white sheet who loves Halloween night. He’s not the scariest ghost, but he can be quite a prankster. He loves to scare people, but he’s never mean about it. He just likes to have a good laugh."

Halloween Skeleton Paper Toy

Here is another great Halloween paper toy from Salazad! It is a skeleton named "Boogie." Boogie's story goes as follows:

"On Halloween night, Boogie comes out of his grave and dances the groovy dance. He moves his bones to the beat of the music, and he always has a big smile on his face. Boogie is the life of the party, and everyone loves to see him boogie down."

Boogie is intended to be a hanging decoration. So, both his head and body are double sided, because as we know, hanging decoration have a habit of spinning around. ;) The printable PDF template for this fun skeleton may be downloaded at salazad.com

Canon Halloween Candy Shop Diorama

Canon Creative Park always has the highest quality holiday papercraft. One of my favs for Halloween is their "Halloween Market" paper diorama. It depicts a Halloween candy store in the shape of a lantern. The best part of this papercraft are all the small objects that come with the candy store: pumpkins, a broom stick, candy, and a table and chairs. My person favorite are the tiny books. This printable may be downloaded for free in the Miniature World section of Canon Creative Park.

Ghost and Pumpkin Paper Toy

I couldn't resist! Here is another fun paper toy for Halloween. Cleverly named, this paper toy is called "Possessed Pumpkin". This paper toy was created by Alex and is available at his website, Fold Up Toys. The printable template for the toy is a single page A4 size PDF. I think a battery powered tea light would work nicely to light this toy up from the inside!

Xonar the Bat Paper Toy

Is it too early for some Halloween papercraft? Nah. This cute bat paper toy goes by the name "Xonar". Get it? Xonar sounds like "sonar", which bats use to hunt and navigate. 😉 The cool thing about this paper toy is that it is double side. Xonar has a different facial expression on the other side. DIY 3D Trump Mask

Happy Halloween! Here's a creepy mask for your trick or treating fun: Donald Trump! Andy Kong, who created the mask, says the mask is intended for both supporters and protestors of Trump. Fortnite Papercraft: Ragnarok Mask

Happy Halloween! If you are looking for a quick last minute costume, this Fortnite Ragnarok mask is probably not the thing for you as it will take more than a couple of hours to build. But just in case you do have the time... ;) This mask was released by Sabi96 in 2018. The download (available HERE) includes both PDF and Pepakura PDO templates. Ragnarok is one of many Legendary Outfits in the Fortnite video game. The Ragnarok outfit depicts a blue-haired Norse warrior who wears a demon skull mask into combat.

Printable Halloween Pumpkin D20

If you are playing a tabletop role playing game in the month of October, this Halloween pumpkin D20 is the thing you need. Gio Lasar, the creator of this papercraft, suggests this ornery looking jack-o'-lantern would also make a nice Halloween ornament to hang about the house. DIY Minecraft Halloween Pumpkin & Creeper

Rixie is a crafty mom who made some Minecraft Halloween decorations for her front porch. I think they turned out great! Using papercraft templates as a guide, Rixie painted square cardboard boxes to look like a Minecraft jack-o-lantern and a creeper head. I think these would also work well as masks for a Minecraft Halloween costume. Instructions on how to build the pumpkin and the creeper may be found here. If you prefer desktop size versions of the heads, Rixie has included copies of the papercraft templates she used to make the cardboard versions.

Official Papercraft Fortnite Masks

Just the thing for Halloween, these printable Fortnite masks are available as free downloads in the cosplay section of the Epic Games website. The nine masks available (as of today's date) are pictured. The Fortnite characters represented are Rabbit Raider, Skull Trooper, Ghoul Trooper, Wild Card, Stella, Heartbreaker, Arachne. Lovethorn, and Webster. In addition to the masks, there are also available nine "mini-foldable" paper toys of a whole different set of characters. Enjoy the fun!

Ghost Train Papercraft

You may have heard of a ghost ship, but how about a ghost train? This phantom locomotive paper model comes from the spooky imagination of Ray O'Bannon at the Ravensblight website. Ray's backstory for the train is that it appears sometimes at midnight in a certain field where a railroad track once ran in days gone by. As with all the papercraft at Ravensblight, this makes a great Halloween decoration!

Disney Hitchhiking Ghosts Illusion

Near the end of the trip through Disney's Haunted Mansion attraction, the "narrator" of the ride warns to "Beware of hitchhiking ghosts!" Shortly after the warning, three ghosts appear; their thumbs out as if to catch a lift. These illusion paper toys of the hitchhiking trio were released as a Halloween treat by the Disney Parks Blog in 2011. Still available nine years later, the printable templates for the toys may be downloaded here. The optical illusion these toys use makes it appear as if their heads and eyes move to follow you wherever you go.

Zero's Doghouse Papercraft

Happy Halloween! This past Friday the 13th, The Disney Experience released a paper model of Zero's doghouse. Zero, of course, is the ghostly dog from the Disney stop-motion animation film, The Nightmare Before Christmas. Quite appropriately, Zero's house is a tombstone. Haunted Carousel Papercaft

Ravensblight is the undisputed king of Halloween papercraft. One example of the creations to be found at the website is this haunted Merry-Go-Round which actually spins. Also to be found on the site are enough paper models of haunted houses to create a Halloween village!

Origami Skeleton Hand

Good Halloween origami designs are hard to come by, so I was happy to find this wonderful skeleton hand.  The original folding pattern for the hand was created by Jeremy Shafer.
