Jurassic Park Rexy Paper Models

Recently, I binge watched all four of the Jurassic World movies. I didn't realize until after I was done that "Rexy" the Tyrannosaurus rex from the 1993 Jurassic Park movie is the same T. rex as in the 2015 Jurassic World movie, only older and scarred. These paper models of the two versions of Rexy were created by the folks at the Paper Lovers blog. The Pepakura PDO and PDF templates for both models come as a single download located on Paper Lovers' MediaFire page. Each of the models stands about 9" (23 cm) tall when complete.

Police Mech T2 Papercraft

This Police Mech T2 paper model was created by Jan Rükr for the November 2011 issue of the Czech youth magazine, ABC. Rükr's inspiration for the model came from the Hunter Killer tank in the Terminator movies and the Johnny Five robot from Short Circuit. The robot's fictional backstory says it was created to act as a police officer to serve where human officers cannot, such as areas contaminated with toxic substances. The PDF template for the model may be downloaded from Rükr's website, alienspapercraft.com. A special feature of the model is it is poseable!

Papercraft Tiger

This well detailed papercraft tiger was created by Japanese designer, Katsuyuki Shiga. Shiga's impressive credits include designing well over 100 models for Canon Creative Park. The tiger is offered as a free download on his personal website, Pinoart. The template for the tiger is five pages, with each page being a separate PDF file. To download the template PDFs, go to Pinoart.com and click on the yellow rectangles next to the template images which are about 1/3 of the way down the page. Be aware. Shiga's website is heavy with misleading advertisements. Don't be misled. Only click on the yellow rectangles which contain messages like "Show page 01." I warned you. :) At the bottom of the page, there are nice photo instructions on how to build the tiger.
