Sonic Papercraft: Flying Pose Tails
Sonic the Hedgehog's best bud Tails got his name from the fact he is a fox with two tails. In the Sonic video games Tails can be seen using his tails to fly around like a helicopter. Tails real name is Miles Prower (sounds like "miles per hour", get it?). This most excellent paper model of Tails in a flying pose was created by Destro2K. Destro warns: "The model has a flying pose and will not stand anywhere. It is very hard and has a lot of weird looking pieces." If that doesn't scare you, the template may be downloaded here. :)

The Marauder's Map according to the Harry Potter wiki is:
"A magical document that reveals all of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Not only does it show every classroom, every hallway, and every corner of the castle, but it also shows every inch of the grounds, as well as all the secret passages that are hidden within its walls and the location of every person in the grounds, portrayed by a dot."This easy DIY mini Marauder's Map was created by Britta Peterson in 2005. A PDF of the map along with instructions may be downloaded here.

Papercraft d12 2013 Desk Calendars
Here's a unique idea: functional calendars in the form of the familiar d12 dice used in role-playing games. Each of the six different dodecahedron calendars is about 4" (10 cm) in diameter when completed. Templates may be downloaded at Kev's Lounge. Hmm, I wonder if these could be used as real dice in a pinch? ;)

Tiny Paper Zoo Free Papercraft App
Tiny Paper Zoo is the first app of its kind where you can build a whole bunch of animals out of paper! The build photo at the bottom of the image above is by Philipp at Kamibox. Philipp explains how the app works:
UPDATE 5/1/2019: Sorry, this app is no longer available. :(
"You have 2 options to make your animal: 1) Print it! Save the instructions to the photo album and print them. The instructions are outlined, so you have to color them. The PLUS version features colored instructions. 2) Draw it! Lay a piece of paper over your iPhone or iPad and draw the lines through the illuminated paper. No printer required!"See more build photos of the animals here.
