Tis the season for Christmas paper toys to adorn your desk at work. What better than a robot Santa paper toy? This papercraft was created by Sherrie Thai as a little gift for her nieces and nephews, many Christmases ago. Papercraft Santa's House

For Christmas, Canon Creative Park has a papercraft Santa Claus house available for download here. The house has several fun features. The door and windows on the front of the house open so you can peek at what's going on inside. Can't see enough? Give the tab on the right side a pull and the interior of the house comes out revealing two floors with furniture, elves and Mr. and Mrs. Claus. There's even some friendly mice hiding between the floor joists. Want a better view yet? Pull another tab and the whole first floor slides out. This papercraft is a perfect family project for the holiday season.

Christmas Paper Toys: Naughty and Nice Santas

It's getting close to Christmas. Have you been naughty or nice this year? The Fold Up Toys website will let you know. All you have to do is click on the download button for their Santa paper toy. If you have been naughty, you will receive a creepy Santa. If you have been nice, your download will be a cute, cheerful Santa. The nice Santa comes with a gift wrapped present. The naughty Santa comes with a lump of coal. I was naughty and clicked the download button more than once so I could get both toys. ;)

Mini Santa Sleigh Papercraft

Several years ago Canon Creative Park released a Santa Claus papercraft set complete with sleigh, Christmas presents, and a reindeer. Recently, Canon released a new mini version of the papercraft where the reindeer is flying instead of walking like in the previous, larger version. This papercraft was created by Katsuyuki Shiga and may be downloaded here.

Martha Stewart offers a collection of five Christmas paper toys on her website. The delightful collection includes a snowman, an elf, a nutcracker, Santa, and a rocking horse reindeer. Stewart commissioned Tokyo paper artist Keisuke Saka to design the group. Not much time left until Christmas, better start printing now! Hope your holidays are happy.

Papercraft 3D Santa Mask

This papercraft Santa Claus mask is based on a 3D model from the Payday series of video games. The Payday games follow the exploits of a group of bank robbers who wear various masks to commit their crimes. A Santa mask is one of several masks that may be unlocked in the game. Origami Santa Ornament

This origami Santa Claus ornament makes a good Christmas project to do with children. The Santa is folded from a single square of paper that is red on one side and white on the other. Designed by origami artist Beth Johnson, the crease pattern for the ornament is available on her Flickr page. Beth has been designing origami since 2010.

Printable Santa Gift Boxes

I like the flexibility of these papercraft Santa boxes. They may be used as small gift boxes or table top decorations. String some together through the tips of their hats and they become a Christmas banner. Make use of the included number signs and you can create an Advent calendar to count down the days till Christmas (with a candy treat inside each one of course ^^). Matt Hawkins Santa Claus Paper Toy

Here's an oldie-but-goodie Santa Claus paper toy from waaay back in 2006. This was the second paper toy ever designed by fan favorite paper toy designer Matt Hawkins. The template for the Santa toy is still available for download at Hawkins' web page Custom Paper Toys.

Limited Edition Santa Claus Paper Toy

This limited edition Santa Claus paper toy is being offered by the Mister Black Tee t-shirt company during the 2010 holiday season. The style of this Santa matches the company's trademark t-shirt graphics. Also available is a paper toy of the company's logo which looks a whole lot like Mr. T. ^^ Both toys are available here.

Doctor Who Papercraft: Robot Santa Mask

Both the 2005 and 2006 Christmas specials of the Doctor Who television show feature robot Santas. The robot Santas are villains who arm themselves with musical instruments that double as weapons. Their trombones fire mortar shells, their trumpets fire bullets and their tubas are capable of being used as flamethrowers! This 2D printable paper mask is by Peter McKinstry and is based on the robot Santas as they appeared in the 2006 special which is titled "The Runaway Bride". Pop-up Santa Christmas Card

This pop-up Christmas card arrived at my place of work the other day. As a papercraft fan, it caught my eye. The card was mailed flat but with a gentle squeeze at each side it popped into the shape you see in the photo above. The company which produces this card (as well as several other pop-up cards and calendars) is Graphics3. Their designs can be seen at their website, http://www.graphics3inc.com/. Unfortunately there are no downloads of their products available. :(
