Printable Sailor Moon Finger Puppets

This is a sampling of a collection of nineteen Sailor Moon finger puppets that were once offered by the now defunct website, Kinmoku.net. I am no Sailor Moon expert, but the collection appears to include a puppet for every major character in the anime series. The printable PDF templates for the puppets may be downloaded here. The templates are large format and should be printed "fit to page" on either Letter or A4 size paper in order for the puppets to be at a usable size.

Papercraft Stars Wars Probe Droid Marionette

For Star Wars Day 2014 (May the 4th), Starwars.com released a template for a papercraft Imperial Probe Droid marionette. The template and detailed instructions for the droid are available here. Probe droids first appeared in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back in 1980.

Poseable Papercraft Squid

This paper squid is one of three delightful poseable papercraft creations by Schuyler Smith at Brave Face Paper Company. In addition to the squid, templates for a crab and a pair of dragons are also available for download. Each of the papercraft animals is rigged with strings on the inside so they may be moved like a puppet.

Printable Beatles Yellow Submarine Finger Puppets

The 1968 animated movie, Yellow Submarine, features the music of the Beatles. The animation in the film is done in the "psychedelic style" of art popularized in the 60's by artists like Peter Max. These Yellow Submarine finger puppets faithfully recreate the movie's style.  The templates for the puppets were created by Hanasaurusrex and may be downloaded here.

Toy Story Papercraft: Woody Marionette

There are lots of Toy Story paper models around, but this functioning Woody marionette is my favorite.  The template for this papercraft is available at the Disney Family website. Woody is a pull string toy who is a primary character in all three of the Toy Story films. The plot of each movie revolves around Woody's relationship with an action figure toy named Buzz Lightyear.

Cute Animal Papercraft Finger Puppets

Here are some cute animal finger puppets from the Japanese website "Terra Cotta". In addition to the cat, dog, penguin and duck shown here, there is also a "smiling" grey cat puppet available. The construction of these papercraft animal puppets is very simple and consists primarily of hollow paper cones and tubes. Look for the download links under the pictures of the puppets here.
