Golden Kamuy Papercraft

I really love the simple style of this chibi papercraft. However, I didn't know a thing about the Golden Kamuy manga / anime on which the papercraft is based. I had to dig some. What I found is Golden Kamuy follows the exploits of a Japanese veteran in the early years of the 20th century. The veteran's name is Saichi Sugimoto. This papercraft is of one of Sugimoto's antagonists in the series, Hyakunosuke Ogata. Villians Wiki describes Ogata as "a lone sniper, loyal only to himself." The PDF template and instructions for this papercraft may be downloaded at Muumin Craft. If the sniper rifle is not to your liking, alternate props for the figure include a rose and a coffee mug.

DC2 Holy Daedalus Blade Papercraft

The 2002 Dark Cloud 2 video game features two playable characters, a boy named Maximilian and a girl named Monica. Monica is a royal who receives a sword from her father, King Raybrandt. This sword is known as the "Holy Daedalus Blade." The paper model pictured is a 1:2 scale replica of that blade. This is my 136th papercraft release! Area 88 Manga Mini Paper Aircraft Collection

The 1980s manga series, Area 88, tells the story of a young pilot named Shin Kazama. Dozens of real life aircraft were featured in the series. This collection of mini Area 88 aircraft paper models was created by R & P Models. The thirteen planes in the collection include the F-8E Crusader, the F-20 Tigershark, the AV-8 Harrier, the Mirage F.1, the F-105D Thunderchief, the F-14 Tomcat, the Jak-38M, the Electric Lightning, the F-104 Starfighter, the Blackburn Buccaneer, the F-8 Crusader, the Saab 35 Draken, and the A-10 Thunderbolt II. Each of these models is very small. In fact, the templates for all thirteen planes fit on just two sheets of paper! The PDF template may be downloaded here.

SD Mini Gundam Papercraft

I thought these "super deformed" mini Gundam papercraft were super cute. Pictured are the RGE-B790WC Genoace Custom and the RGE-B790 Genoace.  The models are about 2" (5 cm) tall when complete. Easy Printable Pirate Ship Playset

The old family.disney.com website (later known as "Spoonful") had lots of great papercraft projects parents could do with children. But alas, the Spoonful website shut down in 2014. One of the Spoonful projects I liked, was this easy printable pirate ship. The playset included a 3D ship, cannons, and some 2D pirate figures (including a few skeleton crew members!) An archived copy of the playset's PDF template (along with instructions) may be found at this: download link. Besides paper, what else is required to build this ship are some drinking straws to hold the sails to the masts.
